Customer Experience Representative
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a growing international business based in Harrogate as a Customer Experience Representative. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about customer service and eager to contribute to the growth of an innovative company.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 p/a based on experience
Hours: Full time Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, opportunity to work from home when suitable 2 days per week
Benefits: 25 day annual leave plus stats increasing with length of service, discretionary 5% bonus, pension contributions matched by employer up to 5%, opportunity to join Private Medical Insurance scheme.
As a Customer Experience Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers. Your role is critical in ensuring a positive customer experience, handling inquiries, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and selling products to customers, processing orders, and supporting various operational activities. This position is also the driving force behind the implementation and growth of the website.
Responsibilities include:
Answering phone calls in a timely manner, answering questions, or directing customers to the right person to get support.
Process orders and provide product/technical support.
Process payments, and answer questions about customer statements and account balances.
Work on call campaigns to help generate sales.
Support with inventory count in the warehouse.
Log all communication and activity into the CRM system.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A passion for providing excellent customer service
Well organised with the ability to plan and prioritise tasks
A team player
Sales Skills (experience in sales is beneficial)
IT Proficiency
