Head of Finance

Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Leadership:
* Craft and execute financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
* Lead financial reporting and analysis for senior management and investors.
1. Financial Governance and Compliance:
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations.
* Implement robust financial controls and risk management processes.
1. Investment Analysis and Support:
* Conduct financial due diligence for acquisitions.
* Evaluate investment opportunities with thorough financial analysis.
* Collaborate with the investment team to structure deals.
Financial Controllership for Portfolio Client:
* Lead the finance team for accurate and timely financial reporting.
* Oversee the preparation of financial statements.
* Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.
* Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
* Prepare the company for potential transactions, including M&A activities.

* Proven experience in the capacity of Financial Controller or Head of Finance.

* ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with post qualified experience
