Senior Service Account Manager
Location: Harrogate, North Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 p/a
Benefits: 32 days annual leave (including stats), employee well-being program, gym membership, and free on-site parking.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
As Senior Service Account Manager you will provide support to the Service Operations Manager with the efficient running of a small service team, ensuring all customers' expectations are exceeded and the business's objectives are achieved. You will manage a portfolio of customers and engineers, whilst motivating and supporting your team of Service Account Managers.
The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment using their own initiative. Whilst previous team leader or management experience is beneficial it isn’t essential, this is a brilliant opportunity for candidates who have proven experience of training or mentoring colleagues in previous roles.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver, manage, and monitor the training and development of Account Managers and Administrators within the team.
* Take charge of managing the largest service accounts.
* Maintain client relationships to ensure all service levels are promptly met.
* Efficiently manage engineers’ diaries to meet customers' needs and optimise their time.
* Ensure adherence to service level agreements and departmental KPIs.
* Generate quotes and follow up as required.
* Manage the Service Inbox to ensure equitable distribution of work across the team.
* Build and cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers.
