We invite applications for the role of Operations Manager, a pivotal position situated within the Enviroflow Management Ltd teams Leeds office. As the business continues to secure and embark on new contracts in the Yorkshire area, this creates the need to seek an experienced and dynamic professional to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis.

RSK/Enviroflow stands at the forefront of providing comprehensive drainage services, catering to diverse clientele such as local authorities, utility companies, industrial entities, and private customers. The Operations Manager we seek will play a crucial role in steering and elevating our Drain and Sewer Cleaning and Maintenance services to new heights.

In this multifaceted role, your responsibilities will encompass the seamless oversight of day-to-day operations, meticulous management and coordination of job schedules to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction, and the vigilant monitoring and enforcement of high health and safety standards across all operations. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will offer expert advice and address any concerns or complaints with prompt professionalism.

Key to the success of operations will heavily relies on your ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians. Through your managerial prowess, you will conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and provide guidance and training opportunities to foster continuous development and efficiency.

To thrive in this role, ideally you should bring to the table substantial experience in Drain and Sewer Cleaning and Maintenance operations. Your technical acumen should include a robust understanding of Jet Vac and Water Recycle Tankers, CCTV equipment, Robotic cutting, and No-Dig Lining equipment. Proven managerial experience, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills, is paramount. Your resilience to work under pressure and adapt swiftly to changing priorities, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, will set you apart. A valid driving license is a essential for this position.
