Major Recruitment Watford are looking for Trainee Merchandisers to join to a fantastic design company based in Watford. This entry level position offers an excellent opportunity to someone looking to get into a career within Merchandising.
As a Trainee Merchandiser, you will:
Communicating with different internal offices, obtaining quotes & negotiating prices for products.
Collaborating with designers, production teams & sales teams to ensure efficient processes.
Assist in analysing sales performances & market trends
Forecasting sales & inventory needs to ensure optimal stock levels
Help manage the product development path.
Help courier materials to different offices, ensuring they arrive on time.
Manage all merchandising administration on systems & Excell.
Prepare showroom & attend meetings, taking notes & feeding back to the team.
A successful Trainee Merchandiser will have:
A background in Merchandising, Fashion or Business Administration within a professional environment or as a degree.
Proficient within Excell.
Excellent time management & organisational skills
Ability to work independently
