A well-established adult care service that already has a CQC rating “outstanding” is looking for a Registered Care Manager to oversee services throughout the Warwickshire area. Along with a salary of £55,000 per annum, you will receive a bonus scheme, and 25-days holiday + Bank Holidays. 

If you have a genuine desire to help, develop and maintain high quality service provision for the people they support, and are looking to for an opportunity to work with a company that will give you control over multiple services, this is for you! 

As Registered Care Manager, your responsibilities will include: 

Working with the Senior Operations Manager to deliver safe, high-quality services for the people supported
Coaching and developing a team, with an emphasis on Practice Leadership to develop and align practice
Managing 5 Extra Care services across Warwickshire
We’re looking for a Registered Care Manager with the following:

Level 5 diploma in leadership management in adult care (or equivalent experience).
Experience within domiciliary/supported living/extra care.
Registered with the CQC.
Experience within a senior position.
Hold a valid driving licence and have access to own vehicle.
