You will be at the forefront of our mission to provide exceptional support to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the movement of goods across international waters, ensuring they reach their destinations safely, efficiently, and on time. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to ever-changing situations will make you an essential part of our team.
You will:
* Develop and build relationships to ensure a high level of customer service is provided to customers
* Ensure freight is moved on time with all the necessary documentation
* Arranging all FCL shipments from start to finsh
* Assisting with Customs Declarations
* Arrange haulage with shipping line/hauliers
* Ensure all freight is invoiced and checked prior to dispatch
* Ensure pre-alert documents are on hand as required
* Ensure requests and queries are resolved and actioned quickly and efficiently
* Communicate with overseas agents, customers and suppliers in a clear precise manner
* Previous experience in Ocean Freight and CargoWise is essential.
This role is office based Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
