We have been retained by a West Yorkshire based manufacturer to recruit a Sales Coordinator for their site in Dewsbury. This organisation is part of a wider business and is in the process of establishing itself as a leader in its field. Our client is currently looking for a Sales Coordinator to help to strengthen their customer service offering, to give them a strong foundation for further growth.

You will be responsible for the following:

* Processing sales orders on MRP

* Supporting the commercial team to ensure customer communications are effective

* Ensuring prices and contracts are up to date

* Ensuring that the CRM is up to date and accurate

* Liaising with production on delivery dates and progress

You will currently be a sales coordinator or customer service exec. You will have experience of utilising and maintaining a CRM and ensuring it remains accurate. You will have excellent communication skills and will have proven ability in working cross functionally. You will ideally have experience of customer service within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
