As the Sales Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind a truly dedicated and collaborative sales team, leading by example and inspiring excellence every step of the way. From mentoring and coaching to strategic planning and relationship-building, you'll do it all. Your role will be to drive performance and provide leadership to deliver on the sales budget, with full P&L responsibility. Alongside this, you will 'lead by example' having ownership of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Development Manager:
Lead, inspire, and coach a team of passionate sales professionals with clear direction, effective communication, and ongoing training.
Drive account expansion and portfolio growth through innovative strategies.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and talent development, spotting gaps and identifying talent in the team with a focus on succession planning.
Manage 2 to 3 key accounts and nurture relationships with stakeholders, leading by example.
Travel nationally and internationally to seize new opportunities and support your team in key client meetings.Requirements - Your Skills and Experience:
4+ years proven leadership experience in managing sales teams of 5+ professionals, with a focus on coaching and driving results.
A background in Product or Brand within Manufacturing, Retail, or FMCG sectors is preferred.
Passion for customer excellence, exceeding expectations, and delivering exceptional service.
Ability to drive sales progress, negotiate effectively, and align with business goals.
Experience managing sales budget, monitoring KPIs, and driving results.
