Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Brickwork Project Manager to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with specific expertise in overseeing brickwork and masonry projects from inception to completion. As a Brickwork Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of brickwork and masonry projects.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
Manage project budgets, including cost estimation, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and quality standards.
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Requirements:
