One of Yorkshire's leading building services contractors operating from Leeds and working throughout the region and beyond, this company is well-known for providing high-quality and energy-efficient buildings.
As part of their drive to enhance their service offering to clients and greater levels of comfort to end-users they are looking for a Building Modeler to join them in their Leeds office.
They have a team of mechanical and electrical building services designers within the office, and your role will be to support them by modeling buildings to identify just how the building will perform.
You will need to be self-sufficient with your work and at the point in your career where you can help form a strategy and plan when it comes to building modeling and integrating it into the design process.
It is important that you are familiar with at least one of Design Builder, TAS, or IES and can demonstrate a strong background in modeling a range of buildings from offices to manufacturing facilities and residential towers.
You should also be either degree-qualified in building services building modeling or qualified by experience.
