Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team in Leeds. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the costs and financial aspects of our projects, ensuring they are delivered within budget and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates, budgets, and cost reports for M&E projects.

* Conduct detailed cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project profitability.

* Manage contract negotiations, variations, and final accounts with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

* Monitor project progress and financial performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.

* Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective cost control and budget management.

* Provide timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related field.

* Proven experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.

* Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems and components.

* Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficient in using industry-standard software for cost estimating and project management.

* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
