With six nursery rooms spread across two floors, a dedicated sensory room, and ample outdoor space, our nursery offers an enriching environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Practitioner who is eager to progress and excel in an early years setting. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and contribute to their holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, supporting their individual needs and interests.
Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities and experiences that promote learning and development.
Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, creating a supportive and inclusive environment.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of the nursery and adherence to regulatory standards.
Utilize the nursery's resources, including the sensory room and outdoor space, to enhance children's learning experiences.Requirements:
Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
Genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
Enthusiasm for learning and professional development, with a desire to progress in the early years sector.
