My client is a multidisciplinary consultancy currently looking the right candidate to lead and develop the existing Building Surveying team in Leeds.
My client is looking for a passionate and focused Salaried Partner Building Surveyor who is looking to progress their career, working in a close-knit team. Sectors are varied but include public buildings and estates, residential and housing, education, retail, healthcare, commercial and insurance work.

Responsibilities:
·Hands on delivery of building surveying services
·Leading projects often co-ordinating our in house multi discipline design services
·Client management and development
·Supervising, managing and mentoring junior members of the building surveying team
·Technical reviews to manage the quality of our services
Requirements:
·Consultancy experience in the Leeds Marketplace.
·Be commercially minded with an enthusiasm for winning work and business development
·Capable of managing individual team members, organising their work where necessary and providing guidance on projects
·Excellent all-round technical building surveying knowledge
·An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills to produce considered and robust reports and recommendations
