We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Adviser – Removals who is passionate about customer service and who has a proven track record of taking ownership and going the extra mile to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. This is a great opportunity for candidates with at least two years’ customer service experience. A competitive salary will be offered alongside the opportunity to work in a well-established company.

Key responsibilities of our Customer Service Adviser – Removals will be to:
Be the one point of contact throughout the customer’s journey which involves understanding the customer’s needs and in turn improving the customer’s experience. You will be expected to always maintain excellent customer service and communication standards
Solve problems and use intuition to resolve any issues from the client
Maximise sales opportunities and up-sell products and services to the customer
Consistently work to company and legal standards when processing documentation
Deal with all administrative enquiries in a professional and timely manner is a must, along with ensuring all documentation is accurately checked before processing
Partaking in team meetings and briefings when planned

Excellent time management, with the ability to work well under pressure
A passion for completing all tasks to the highest standard and be driven by results
Proficient IT skills – Office, Word, Excel

Job Title: Move Manager (office based)
Salary: £18,500 to £21,000 pa dependent upon experience
Branch Address: Ash Lane, Garforth, Leeds LS25 2GA
Hours: Full time Monday to Friday – 9.00am to 5.30pm
