An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a global leading packaging Manufactures for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join the Engineering team. You will play a crucial role in providing continuous electrical equipment maintenance and repair service to the Cold End Production Department.

Responsibilities
* Maintaining, repairing, or replacing Cold End electrical equipment to standards that maximize machine efficiency and performance
* Responding to Cold End equipment and machinery breakdowns promptly
* Planned preventative maintenance of electrical equipment, systems and controls to be recorded and scheduled during job change
* Apply the Company Health and Safety Policy within the department
* Ensuring the efficient functioning of line equipment while minimizing downtime and sustaining performance at required levels
* Identifying and resolving equipment and service faults
* 1 in 5 weeks On Call
Ideal Candidate
* Apprentice trained or equivalent (Electrical)
* ONC in Electrical Engineering
* Attention to detail
* Enthusiastic and committed, with the ability to work well under pressure
* Manufacturing background
* Technical knowledge
* Problem solving
