YOU Recruit is currently looking for a Marketing Executive to join their growing client. As the Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the marketing strategies that support the firm’s growth strategy and brand presence. You will work closely with fee earners and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the marketing activity.
What’s on offer:
CONTRACT: Full-time, Permanent position
LOCATION: Hybrid, Flexible
SALARY: £35K - £37.5K P/A - DOE
What you’ll be getting up to:

Identifying market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform strategic decision-making.

Working with fee earners to produce high-quality and engaging content for various channels, including the website, social media, newsletters, and other marketing collateral such as video and podcasts.

Manage pre-event planning, logistics, and post-event follow-ups.
*
Coordinate events, seminars, and webinars to showcase the firm’s expertise and develop client relationships.
*
Measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives including finance tracking.
*
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Ensuring consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels.
