We have a client searching for a Hybrid Marketing and Events Assistant to join a friendly and dynamic team.
As a Hybrid Marketing and Events Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the marketing and events team in planning, coordinating, and executing various marketing campaigns and events. You will have the opportunity to contribute your innovative ideas and work alongside experienced professionals in the industry.

Main Responsibilities:

Manage and control the marketing office area, ensuring safe and secure storage of all event equipment such as banners, pop-up stands and presentation equipment. Conduct regular stock control of brochures and promotional items
Support when needed with general office administration tasks, including meeting room preparation for customer visits, answering incoming calls, etc.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote products/services and enhance brand awareness. Support with the creation of marketing materials including product brochures, exhibition graphics, white papers, editorials, and adverts
Conduct market research and customer surveys and create regular reports on findings that will enhance future exposure
Assist the Marketing manager with organising and coordinating professional photography/video shoots and editing outcomes for use on social media, case studies, press releases, etc.
Organise events both internal and external, to maximise presence and promotion
Being the key point of contact assisting the Marketing manager for all exhibitions and liaise with event organisers and their logistics partners to arrange shipping of exhibition materials
Arrange all aspects of an effective events stand, including booth layout, selection and hire of furniture, graphics, and power. Negotiating with external suppliers for designs and print
Plan and arrange travel for all event exhibitions and conference attendees. Attend events, including overnight stays
Identify content opportunities for social media, website and press releases including new product launches, events’ attendance, company updates and content to promote the business
Provide Marketing administration assistance, such as copywriting, proofreading, sourcing imagery, managing approvals, and organising publicationsThe Ideal Candidate will:

Hold previous experience in marketing, event planning, or related field is preferred
Be innovative with a creative mind- consistently search for new avenues of business/marketing
Have a proactive approach
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management with Marketing is desirable
CRM Experience – (Experience with Salesforce, Pardot. GA4 would be ideal)
Experience in social media scheduling platforms (such as Hootsuite, HubSpot)
Experience in video and photography editing software
Access to transport for in-office days as there is no access to public transport near the Southam officeBenefits:
