Are you looking to gain some Event Assistant experience within a large public event? Are you able to commit to working on the 24th - 26th April 2024 near Liverpool Docks? If you are interested in helping conference delegates during an important live event for 3 days full time, please get in touch. The ideal candidates for this role will be extremely approachable, have clear communication and be reliable. I am hiring for 11 staff members to work this event and meet the code of conduct requirements.
What will you be doing as a Event Assistant?
Directing conference delegates to the correct area within the venue
Welcoming all delegates politely and offering any help and support throughout the event
Scanning delegate tickets
Supporting with delegate registration
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
Able to commit to working on 24th - 26th April
Able to meet the requirements of the events dress code in smart black corporate clothes including a jacket or black suit and white shirt with ties for men
Must be able to commute to the Liverpool Docks to attend the conference centre
Work the hours are varied shifts between 7.45am - 6.55pm

Pay rate GBP12 per hour
