CLASS 1 AGENCY DRIVERS WANTED - IMMEDIATE STARTS based on successful registration
Freeway Recruitment are looking to register Class 2 Drivers to work for our client base located around Leeds and Wakefield area. Our customers has an excellent reputations and provides good quality work.
Role: Class 1 Drivers
Job type: Temporary to Ongoing
Start time/s: 0500/0600/0700
Days/shifts: Mon to Fri, some weekend overtime shifts available as well
Description:
* We support customers from a wide range of sectors, drivers need to have a flexible professional attitude to work.
* Most of our Class 1 clients offer Class 1 regional & Nationwide runs
* Drivers must have professional/commercial experience, be familiar with palletised loading/unloading, Pump Truck, curtain side vehicles as well as box wagons
* Work assignments can vary from 1-5 days and we work hard to fill our agency drivers week up, which requires a can do attitude from the driver.
Requirements:
* Be competent and able to follow Health & Safety practises and procedures at all time
* Be reliable and hold excellent time keeping
* Hold a flexible ‘can do’ attitude to your work
* Good command of English both written and spoken
* Excellent communication skills
* Keep vehicle is kept clean and tidy at all times
* Have excellent geographic knowledge of UK road network
* Have a positive attitude and a professional work ethic
* Smart appearance, as you will be representing Freeway Recruitment & our Client
Qualifications / training / experience:
You must be able to provide the following;
* Valid Class 1 driving licence
* Valid Digital tachograph card
* Valid Driver CPC card
* Have No more than 6 current points on licence for separate 3pt offences (No DR/DD/IN Driving offences accepted)
* 2 work check-able work references
Pay
Pay rates vary by client - £15.00ph per hour - £17.00ph hour basic rate
