An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a busy, progressive and growing construction business.
The business:
Our client is a highly successful Contractor, providing a full range of construction services for Retail, Commercial, Leisure and Residential clients including new builds, fit outs and full refurbishments.
Due to continued expansion and a strong pipeline of secured work well into 2024, they are now seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to join their friendly team based in South Yorkshire.
The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor you will work closely with the company’s Commercial Director, with responsibility for commercial duties on allocated projects up to £10m in value.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a Main Contracting or Fit Out environment
* Team player
* Excellent communication skills
