Position Overview: As an Electrical Electronics Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components within our manufacturing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of electronics into our products, contributing to the advancement of our cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, prototype, and test electrical systems and components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Performing a variety of engineering functions associated, working with the technical staff to utilise design elements.
Soldering & PCB assembly
Electrical panel design, assembly testing.
Electrical & Electronic design, Including LCV systems, embedded systems, and design of EX systems.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to integrate electronics into overall product design.
Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose effective solutions.
Perform troubleshooting and debugging of electrical systems, diagnosing, and resolving technical issues as they arise.
Generate detailed documentation including specifications, schematics, and test procedures.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential: -
Degree level or equivalent in an appropriate field.
Understand how to draw schematics on 2D CAD packages.
Understanding of 3D CAD Packages Eg fusion
Knowledge of analogue and digital systems and the ability to interpret and document circuit designs.
Valid driving licence
Soldering experience
Attention to detailDesirable :-
Basic understanding of PLC programming and operation.
Basic understanding of programming language eg. 'C' and 'C=='
Electronic/electrical isolation techniques
Knowledge of micro-controller & programming
Basic panel design, layout, build and testing experience for single and 3 phase.
