Our team is growing and we’re now hiring for Call Centre Agents to join our call centre for renewable energy products.
You’ll be someone who will thrive on outbound sales and get a buzz from generating leads and booking appointments. Full training & support will be provided to help you grow to your full potential, maximising your earnings.
What you can expect as a Call Centre Agent
We need hard-working staff with a can-do attitude and who are highly motivated to earn money and develop themselves in a sales environment.
This is a fast-paced role which can be challenging but is also highly rewarding. We will look to grow and develop your skills, and you’ll be responsible for helping the company growth, this is achieved by generating new leads which will turn into appointments for our sales assessors to visit the customer in regard to our energy saving products.
Working Hours & Pay Structure:
Monday – Thursday (10am – 7pm)
Friday (10am – 2pm)
Annual salary of £21,673 (OTE of £30,000)
Your role will include the following:
* Generating new, quality leads and working to weekly / monthly KPI’s
* Maintaining a strong pipeline via outbound cold calling
* Learning new skills in an outbound cold call environment, and how to get the best from your skillset

* You have a reassuring and charming phone manner; you can establish rapport and trust with people quickly and effectively without being face-to-face
