Teaching Assistant

Principal Resourcing are seeking to appoint highly motivated and flexible Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to join tour team of supply staff covering the primary schools and academies we work alongside in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, and the surrounding areas.
We are looking for Primary Teaching Assistants who can work on a full-time or part-time, flexible basis.
You can expect to earn up to £100 per day for this role, dependant on experience.
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a Level 3 qualification
* Have successful experience as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school
* Have experience in delivering specific interventions to support the needs of all pupils
* Possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills
* Have experience of supporting children with special educational needs and vulnerable pupils both emotionally and academically
* Have high expectations of pupils achievement
* Possess good communication skills
* Be a team player with a positive outlook
* Be driven by the needs of our children
* Have an ability to work in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors
* Provide support under the direction and supervision of teaching staff to assist pupils to access the curriculum and participate fully in school activities;
* Have a sound knowledge of Safeguarding.
