We are currently seeking a dedicated Housing Scheme Manager to join our team in Reading. This part-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our mission of creating thriving communities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the housing scheme, ensuring the well-being and safety of residents
Provide support and assistance to residents, including resolving issues and signposting to relevant services
Maintain effective communication with residents, staff, and external stakeholders
Oversee property management tasks, including maintenance and health and safety checks
Collaborate with external agencies and service providers to meet the needs of residents
Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Keep accurate records and documentation related to resident support and property management
Requirements:

Enhanced DBS clearance is essential for this role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and colleagues
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and effectively manage own workload
Previous experience in a similar role within the housing sector is desirable
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is preferred
