Sales Executive
£26,000 plus £4,000 car allowance and bonus
Permanent position working 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday.

The Company

Steel Cactus Recruitment are excited to be working alongside their client; an established manufacturer in the heart of steel city! Due to business needs they have a requirement for an experienced Salesperson to work in their office in Sheffield; this is a very exciting time to join this client as they work to become ISO accredited (so experience working with an ISO accredited company is a bonus!)

Responsibilities

• Experience of sales within the steel sector would be an advantage, however, experienced sales people within a manufacturing or engineering role would be considered
• The role calls for drive and ambition in terms of developing existing customer accounts and growing new and existing business opportunities.
• Typical skills required to gain new opportunities will be telephone and email communication as well as networking and client visits.
• We are looking for a track record of strong customer service skills (in order to build existing relationships), good and timely communication and commercial awareness.

The candidate

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Able to work independently and maintain a high-level confidentiality
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
