Our client a leading steel fabrication company dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our clients. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and support our company's strategic objectives.

Position Overview: As the Financial Controller, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and driving the financial performance of our company. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. Working closely with the executive team, you will provide valuable insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making and ensure the long-term success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all aspects of financial reporting and analysis, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

* Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and decision-making.

* Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget, forecast, and key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

* Oversee cash flow management, treasury functions, and working capital optimization to ensure the financial health and stability of the company.

* Coordinate the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

* Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.

* Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

* Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as operations, sales, and procurement to optimize business processes and drive efficiencies.

* Support special projects, initiatives, and ad hoc analysis as required by senior management.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent professional certification is highly preferred.

* Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar role in a manufacturing or construction-related industry, with a focus on financial management, analysis, and reporting.

* Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.

* Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

* Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.

* Proficiency in financial software and systems, such as ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
