Key Stage 2 Teacher
Location Wakefield and surrounding villages
Daily rate - £130-£195
Veritas are currently looking to appoint a dedicated and passionate Year 5 Teacher to start working full time. The school is looking for a qualified Teacher who will be leading classes of around 30 pupils with all mixed abilities and understand the current national curriculum.
About the role
Able to plan and prepare engaging lessons
The pupils will have mixed abilities so the teacher will need to have the ability to differentiate their lessons to suit all
Be able to manage challenging behaviour if it arises
Marking work and able to provide structured feedback
Supporting children on a day-to-day basis to help them develop and grow
Requirements
Must have QTS
Previous experience working in KS2
Be organised and able to effectively pre plan
A genuine passion for teaching and encouraging children to learn
Have a DBS on update service or willing to apply
Be able to provide professional references to cover you for 2 years
