Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging history lessons that cater to a diverse range of learning styles and abilities.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel supported and motivated to excel.
Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to make history come alive and encourage active participation.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their growth and development.
Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and ideas for enhancing the history curriculum.
Participate in school events, parent meetings, and professional development opportunities as required.Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching history at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for history.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
