Junior HR Advisor

Elevation HR are pleased to be partnering with a longstanding client in Wakefield to recruit a Junior HR Advisor to join their HR team in Castleford on a full time, permanent basis. 

This is a great opportunity to develop your skill set and to progress into a HR Advisor with the support of a fantastic team. Reporting into the business partner, this role plays a pivotal role in supporting all aspects of the HR function, day to day your responsibilities will include:

Supporting HR Team with general administration 
Taking minutes in Employee Relation meetings including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, and absence management
Supporting the full employee life cycle 
Managing HR communication including HR letters, contracts and offer letters 
Ensuring compliance is upheld by completing right to work checks and submitting references
