Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum

This role is ideal for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with significant management experience, who is passionate about delivering high-quality care in a residential setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall operations of the care home
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care
Manage and develop a dedicated team, fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and quality guidelines
Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and home administration
Requirements:
Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
Proven management experience in a care home or similar healthcare setting
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent understanding of the regulatory and statutory requirements in the care sector
