Our client is actively looking to recruit a dynamic and forward-looking Senior Project Manager to lead key projects and engage with stakeholders, both internal & external. Working as part of the Business Change & Transformation team, your primary area of focus will be across the Warehouse & Logistics function. The role entails overseeing project delivery within specified parameters, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Additionally, it involves leading and coordinating project teams, managing resources effectively, and fostering collaboration across departments and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely project delivery within allocated budgets and quality benchmarks, meeting specified standards discreetly.
Lead and supervise project teams, ranging from 2 to 15 members, utilising a matrix-style management structure.
Coordinate internal and external resources, including suppliers and contractors, to optimise their contributions to project goals.
Collaborate with relevant departments to plan project resource allocation and budgets.
Manage project documentation meticulously, including Business Case, PID, and Project Plans, aligning them with project objectives and scope.
Monitor project progress, identifying, and escalating issues while managing risks and adhering to project management practices and standards.Key Skills & Experience:

Proven track record working as Project Manager, with PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification is essential for the role.
A background working across projects related to Warehouse & Logistics is highly desirable, including new system implementations, warehouse layout etc.
Ability to engage with the team and wider stakeholders, both internal and external
Excellent organisational skills, with proven ability to work effectively to tight deadlines.
Proven problem-solving skills, with history of overcoming challenges adeptly and tactfully.About Cast UK
