Working closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will spearhead the development and cultivation of a robust continuous improvement culture throughout the site.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate in delivering the site's master schedule
Assist in implementing the company's strategic objectives
Lead, coach, and mentor colleagues in LEAN manufacturing principles
Provide visible support during project launches and trials, ensuring standardized approaches
Manage multiple projects aimed at On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) delivery of objectives
Effectively communicate ideas and opinions across the organization
Address learning and development needs comprehensively
Manage stakeholder expectations with finesse
Showcase best practices to reinforce learning and maintain high standards across the siteRequirements:

Background in manufacturing operations
Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing methodologies
Demonstrable track record of applying lean tools and techniques, supported by project examples
Ideally certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or a willingness to pursue certification
Strong IT acumen, particularly in data analysis and visualisation
Excellent documentation skills including SOPs and report writing
Genuine enthusiasm for fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Ability to influence and inspire others towards achieving common goals
Unwavering drive and motivation to excel in a dynamic environment
