Our client Her Majesty's Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) manages public sector prisons and the national probation service.
Our Public Sector client are looking for a temporary employee to join their team as an Admin Officer. This is a temporary role until 26/08/2024 - This is very likely to be extended. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, 37 hours per week. The usual working hours for this role will be around the hours of 8-4/9-5. The pay rate for this role is £11.59ph, paid on a weekly basis.

This is fully office based, with no remote or hybrid opportunities due to the nature of the work. The office is located in Stafford.

Your role will be to support with administrative tasks. Your day-to-day duties will include:
o Managing a functional mailbox, responding to email queries in an efficient and effective manner
o Minute taking
o Answering and fielding calls
o Data entry
o Ad hoc admin: filing, photocopying, scanning etc

The ideal candidate for this role will be 12-18 months of admin experience within a workplace. Full training will be provided for this role.
