Account Manager Sales Executive

Account Manager – Part Time (24 hours per week)
Remote working - Head office in York
Basic £30k FTE + Bonus £6,000 per annum
Our client has been established for 17 years working with their clients to ensure they are meeting building regulations and environmental legislation within new construction and retrofit services.
The role will be reporting to the Business Development Director to be part of a growing team. You will be managing existing client relationships (including housebuilders, developers, contractors and architects) to ensure all relevant documentation is received, progress existing quotes & increase quote numbers and values. Part of your role will be to provide feedback to the management about trends to inform the future strategy of the business as well as generating additional business by following up direct marketing campaigns and cross-selling interlinking services. You will be working closely with the operations and technical departments to ensure successful service delivery.
This is a thriving industry, and if you enjoy working with clients and ensure they have the best service possible then this role could be for you. You will need an understanding of the Retrofit and construction industry, as well as the procurement process followed by Contractors in the field
