Brownlee Cale are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent or Site Manager to lead £2m civil engineering project.
Your duties will include:
* Planning of works and managing stakeholder relationships
* Challenging the design for value engineering and ensuring a high quality of delivery on site.
* Chair the section meetings, supply chain meetings and other meetings as required
* Lead by example raising SHEQ observations and controlling on site
* Review and approve RAMS, Permits and other documentation as required.
About you:
* Be a positive, proactive and goal orientated
* You will have a Degree or HNC in civil engineering qualification or equivalent.
* You will hold a valid CITB CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid at Work
* You will ave practical knowledge, understanding and application of civil engineering construction methods
This is contract role for a duration of circa 6 months with a likely extension.
CIS sole trader, or Outside IR35 engagements will be considered (pending relevant assessments and compliance checks)
