2nd Line Support Analyst

2 year FTC - Hybrid

Our client, a leading banking organisation have an opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join on an initial 2 year FTC. You will be responsible for providing IT technical support necessary to carry out the installation, upgrading and maintenance of the Bank’s systems, both in the live and disaster recovery environments. The role will require a strong mix of 1st/2nd line experience as well as some knowledge of networking. As the role progresses, it will focus more on the networking side, so a desire to learn is key.
