About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Residential Care Manager to lead our clients dedicated team. You will be supported by a robust, tiered management structure, unique to the service, ensuring you have all the backing needed to excel in your role.
Key Requirements:
Achieved Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Proven experience working with individuals who have learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Management experience in domiciliary or residential care settingsBenefits:
