We are seeking an exceptional CTO with a proven track record in end-to-end rocket design and development. The ideal candidate will possess not only technical expertise across full vehicle systems engineering but also exceptional leadership skills to manage cross-functional engineering teams. As CTO, your primary mission is to advance the initial prototype design phase to full-scale development, testing, and successful launch. You will guide the business to success from a technical stand point setting processes to enhance the next generation of tech.
Sitting with the C-suite, you will lead the entire engineering function. Oversight of technical managers that cover the full build from Propulsion, Fluids, Operations, Mission Analysis, Structural/Mechanical, Test, and Systems. Under your direct reports, a broader engineering team of around 90 individuals will execute the vision you set forth.

Background in full systems engineering - electrical/software systems, fluid mechanics etc
Familiarity with the assembly and operation of full space vehicle across multiple domains.
