CTTX Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) team. As a PACU nurse, you will play a crucial role in the post-operative care and recovery of patients.

Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Assess and monitor the physiological and psychological status of patients recovering from anesthesia.
Manage post-operative pain and administer medications as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs, oxygen saturation, and level of consciousness.
Ensure proper airway management and respiratory support.
Collaborate with the surgical team to develop and implement a comprehensive post-operative care plan.
Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding their recovery and post-operative instructions.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) setting.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of post-operative care, pain management, and wound healing.
