Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Shift: This is a Full-Time Day Shift position.
Job Status: Non-Exempt / Hourly
Compensation: Up to $18.47 per hour
Job Duties Include:
Perform maintenance and repairs at all facilities to include; plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, painting, etc.
Keep Maintenance Manager apprised of any necessary issues and repairs.
Performs regular inspections as assigned.
Performs cleaning at any and all facilities.
Distributes inter-agency mail.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience preferred
Valid Drivers License Required
