At Roadrunner Harley, we are known for our passion for motorcycles and powersports. We strive to provide our customers with top-notch service and a wide range of products. We are currently seeking a talented and driven Motorclothes Sales Associate to join our team!
As a Motorclothes Sales Associate at Roadrunner Harley, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their Motorclothes purchases, providing excellent customer service, and driving sales. Your role will be vital in creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers and helping them find the perfect gear for their riding adventures.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage customers as they enter the Motorclothes department
Assist customers in finding the right gear, apparel, and accessories for their needs
Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
Upsell additional items to enhance the customer's riding experience
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and merchandise displays
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and promotions in the Motorclothes industry
Requirements
Prior retail sales experience preferred
Passion for motorcycles and powersports
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Basic computer skills
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
