With a focus on community fundraising, you will have the chance to work on-site at events, representing our clients and delivering exceptional customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Representing our clients with professionalism and answering customer questions in person at events
* Providing outstanding service by effectively responding to all questions and queries
* Attending daily meetings and workshops to stay up-to-date on new services and programs
* Performing other tasks as assigned by the management team
REQUIREMENTS:
* Authorization to work in the United States
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
* Full-time availability to work on-site
* Quick learner with effective communication skills
* Experience in customer service, fundraising, hospitality, or public relations is an asset, but not required
