Project Manager, Information Technology

Job Description
Eataly is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end implementation of an Enterprise Resource Planning (Microsoft D365) system for Eataly North America.
The ideal candidate will be the primary point of contact between the different departments (IT, Product team, Operations) of Eataly North America, Italian HQ and primary consultants (Accenture).
The Project Manager after the conclusion of the ERP implementation project will be involved in other challenging projects as the constant expansion of the company in the North American market.
The Project Manager reports to the VP of Finance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborates with many departments (IT, Logistics, Product team, Finance, Operation) to implement deliverables, goals, risks, blockers, success measures, and estimated resources needed.
Communicate the status of the project with company leadership, primary stakeholders, and task owners.
Ensures the implementation remains in-scope and meets scheduling, business needs and quality requirements.
Provides project status updates to all stakeholders on the status of the project
Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities related to the project, including contractor monitoring.
Leads status review meetings, which may include internal team members, vendors, and customers.
