ViaSun is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of construction projects.
As Sr. Project Manager, you will play a critical role in performance management, strategic leadership, resource optimization, talent development, effective communication, and inspiring success in a collaborative environment with clients and employee owners. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to develop and execute financial plans, manage financial risks, and optimize financial performance.
To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial concepts to implement strategies for cost savings without compromising quality is essential.

Requirements
10-15 years of people management and project management experience.
Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to utilize project management, financial, and estimating software effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., AASHTO TSP2, OSHA 10, 30, 500, CPC, PMP, or other Project Management certifications)

Compensation for this role is a range of $120,000 - $166,000 annual
Compensation is based upon experience and organizational culture impact.
