We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Agent with great enthusiasm for traveling and planning. You will be responsible for researching and booking vacation arrangements for clients (individuals, businesses or organizations). The goal of the Remote Customer Service Agent is to enhance satisfaction and provide a unique vacation experience for your clients.
Job Description:
Effectively communicate with clients to determine their specific needs.
Research various destinations and means of vacation options regarding prices, customs, reviews etc.
Supplying travelers with pertinent information
Responsibilities:
Consult with potential clients to assess specific needs to include client preferences and budget.
Research, create, and book vacation itineraries.
Effectively communicate with clients pre and post vacation to ensure satisfaction.
Handle client issues that arise before, during, and after they travel.
Solve unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns
Attend ongoing trainings to maintain familiarity with tourism trends
Create and update electronic records of clients
Maintain relationships with suppliers and other key persons within the industry.
