THIS IS A FULL-TIME, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY SCHEDULE, 8AM TO 5PM. The LPN will be responsible for communicating and collaborating with the multi-disciplinary teams as well as other specialty areas to coordinate care, will perform lab draws, vaccine administration and injections, conduct and support in chart prep, rooming, message pools, medication administration, reminder calls, requesting records, scheduling and prior authorization.
