Job Description
GTM & Program Management
Responsible for supporting GTM & strategy for Visa Direct global clients (which includes PayPal/ Venmo, Meta, Cash App, Apple, Amazon, Samsung, Twitter etc.) and Visa+
Manage client tracking for Visa Direct Core accounts & Visa+, by keeping track of key activities & holding all relevant team members accountable for key tasks. Use tracking tools like Microsoft Tasks, Excel & other tools
Assist with the maintenance of commercialization assets (E.g.  Tear sheets, customized design requests, key client pitch decks & presentations)
Manage the client intake process for Visa+ (. e.g. checking deal status, client type, size etc.) & help coordinate GTM follow ups
Report on status, progress & milestones through weekly emails, presentations & other tools.
Coordinate critical team catch up meetings as well as ad-hoc meeting requests.
Strategy & Planning
Support key planning processes such as multi-year outlook process (MSO), AOP, budgets, OKR planning & review- in partnership with Finance & other key business partners.
Create / Support the creation of PowerPoint materials/ decks for MBR’s, business reviews, and strategic executive presentations.
Support in the ongoing monitoring and actions relating to Visa+ & Core Account OKR and Goals
Support the Visa+ & Visa Direct executive team in developing the overall Visa+ and Core account strategies.
Track incentive Funds earmarked for critical business asks.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
