IT Vendor Management Analyst

Job Description
The Opportunity: 
This role plays an important part in managing strategic vendor relationships by supporting  key vendor meetings , supporting resolution of vendor escalations and improving vendor processes.
What Your Impact Will Be: 
Scheduling and coordinating Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) with strategic vendors.
Facilitating communication by publishing EBR meeting notes and following up on action items.
Performs contract oversight and hold managed vendors accountable to their contractual obligations
Assesses internal technology and business satisfaction levels through the execution of a vendor scorecard
Supporting vendor governance activities like SOW review, internal escalations etc
Guides effective communication between the organization and managed vendors
Supports VMO teams (Contract management and Software asset management) as needed.  
Organizing in-person EBRs, workshops, and vendor events.
Maintaining up to date VMO process documentation.
