About This Opportunity:
As an Accountant II, you will be reporting to the Manager I-Accounting. Accountant II will support InComm’s Corporate GL team.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for general ledger entries and reconciliations for month-end closing including balance sheet and income statement results
Analyzes financial statements monthly, researches and explains variances
Assists with preparation of audited financial statements, footnotes, and supplemental schedules
Demonstrates an ability to execute and follow-through on tasks to completion
Ensures all deadlines are met
Ensures accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes.
Monitors the maintenance of accounting control procedures 
Researches and resolves accounting discrepancies and irregularities
Ensures accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of transactions
Ensures compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and integrity of financial data
Coordinates or performs other tasks and special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting required, CPA candidate preferred
Two years of experience with progressive increase in complexity of responsibilities
Strong general ledger accounting knowledge
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute
Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team environment under pressure
High energy self-starter with the ability to take initiative under limited supervision
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong PC skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, H-Lookups, etc.)
Adaptive, BlackLine, and Oracle Financials experience a plus
